These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mobile games and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Mare Games OÜ (“Mare Games”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our Services (including QuizBattle), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for your actions.
Some features require you to sign in using Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

Our games may offer virtual currency, cosmetic items, boosters, or other digital goods (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and are licensed to you, not sold. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store (Google Play / Apple App Store) and are subject to their terms.
Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. You are responsible for any charges incurred on your account, including by someone who has access to your device.
If the Services allow you to submit content (e.g., usernames, avatars, chat, or feedback), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, and display it solely to operate and improve the Services.
The Services may integrate with third-party tools such as Google Sign-In, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, or to protect the integrity, security, or availability of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion as described on our Data Deletion page.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mare Games shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mare Games from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
